Facilities
At Amman Freestyle-kickboxing we benefit from sharing space and facilities with the new state of the art Primal Gym. This allows us the opportunity to utilise their very specific training equipment. We implement many training routines and techniques that some of the best MMA gyms in the country use! And it is this that we feel gives use the edge over our apponents.

Training 1. Cardio work
All the training workouts we do are geared around 2 minute rounds. Using some of these peices of equipment for 2 minutes is tough... but is invaluable for your cardio....

Training 2. Strength
There is nothing like explosive weight lifting to improve your punching power! We also like to use deadlifts for core strength!! Tyre flipping is widely used in martial arts to complement speed and power...

Training 3. The Ring
Most people train kickboxing for fitness, self defense and recreation. However, if you want compete, there is no substitute for ring experience. Sparring is your 'Bread & Butter'. Its always a great feeling when you put into practice what you have been learning in training... and it works!!
